Export Compliance

Export licensing with United States Department of State and United States Department of Commerce

Any person or company who engages in the United States in the business of either manufacturing or exporting defense articles or furnishing defense services is required to register with the U.S. Dept of State The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). PinAir Tech Corp. is registered as an exporter at DDTC.

Any person or company who intends to export or to import a defense article must obtain the approval from the DDTC prior to the export or import, unless the export or import qualifies for an exemption. Therefore, PinAir Tech Corp. obtains the necessary export licenses for all international shipments. Export compliance is given the highest importance at PinAir Tech. We encourage you to ask us questions regarding our export compliance system or any transaction you may be involved with.
