As part of PinAir Tech Corp.'s commitment to quality, vendors doing business with us must meet the specific requirements outlined herein to be added to or remain on our approved vendor list. Upon acceptance of our Purchase Order, all terms and conditions of the transaction apply and no variance shall be binding unless specifically accepted in writing.
All sellers shall have a quality system in place to meet the intent of one of the following standards: ASA-100, ISO 9001, AS9120, or shall complete PinAir Tech's Supplier Audit Form to determine eligibility as an approved vendor.
PinAir Tech's approved vendor status is valid until revoked or surrendered, provided certifications and quality standards are maintained. Initial approval requires: completed vendor form, audit, certification(s), and Form W-9 (U.S. companies). Renewal certifications should be forwarded to quality@pinairtech.com within 10 days of revisions.
Prior to shipment, the vendor shall notify PinAir Tech in writing within 24 hours if any non-conformance exists, including:
All parts must include full proof of traceability back to the last operator. Used parts must include a non-incident, non-government, non-military use statement. New parts must include OEM certification. Overhauled/repaired parts must include details of work performed, SB/AD compliance, and signatures. An FAA 8130-3 shall be supplied whenever possible.
All material is subject to inspection prior to acceptance. The vendor warrants that products conform to specification and are free from defects. If replacement is required for non-conformity, the seller shall replace goods at its expense including all transportation charges.
All goods shall be packaged in accordance with ATA 300, marked per industry standards, and compliant with all applicable laws and carrier requirements. Hazardous goods must comply with 49 CFR, ICAO ANNEX 18, and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Partial shipments are not permitted without prior written approval.
All sellers are prohibited from engaging in corrupt practices such as bribery, extortion, espionage, fraud, and theft. PinAir Tech is committed to conducting business in every country fairly, humanely, and ethically.
All invoices shall be emailed immediately on shipment to info@pinairtech.com and include the Purchase or Repair Order number. Preferred payment method is ACH for domestic vendors.
Title passes to the Buyer on the earlier of delivery or payment. Seller bears all risk of loss or damage until delivery to Buyer's designated location. Seller shall not assign or subcontract any rights or obligations without prior written consent.
The price of goods is the price stated in the Order. No price increase is effective without prior written consent of the Buyer.
Seller and all items shall comply with all applicable statutes, government rules, regulations, and orders, including anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws.
Seller shall indemnify and hold Buyer, its employees, officers, and agents harmless against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from infringement of any U.S. or foreign patent, copyright, or intellectual property right with respect to any items delivered.
Supplier certifies that all merchandise is provided in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local occupational safety and health requirements.
Each party agrees to comply with the provisions of the Equal Opportunity Rules and Regulations of the U.S. Secretary of Labor and all applicable federal laws relating to equal opportunity and prohibition of discrimination.
As an approved vendor, you are subject to PinAir Tech's QMS flow-down requirements, including: personnel competency, training in identification of suspected unapproved and counterfeit parts, and awareness of their contribution to product conformity, product safety, and ethical behavior.
All matters arising out of or relating to this Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without the conflict of law rules thereof.
