ISO 9001:2015 & AS9120B Certification

We are certified under ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120B, the quality management system standard specifically designed for aviation, space, and defense distribution. This certification covers our entire supply chain process — from sourcing and receiving through inspection, storage, documentation, and shipment.

FAA AC 00-56B Accredited Distributor

PinAir Tech Corp. is an FAA AC 00-56B accredited distributor. This FAA voluntary accreditation program ensures that aviation parts distributors maintain quality control programs that meet FAA standards for the distribution of aviation products.

Traceability & Documentation

All aircraft parts for sale are acquired or consigned through OEMs, airlines, or FAA-certified repair facilities and include:

• Complete certification and airworthiness documentation (FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, COC)
• Full traceability back to the last operator or OEM
• Non-incident, non-government, non-military use statements for used parts
• Original manufacturer certification for new parts
• Teardown reports, SB/AD compliance records for overhauled/repaired parts
