U.S. Regulatory Compliance
Export compliance is given the highest importance at PinAir Tech Corp. We are fully registered and compliant with all applicable U.S. export regulations, and we encourage our customers to ask us any questions regarding our export compliance system or any transaction.
PinAir Tech Corp. is a registered exporter with the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). We obtain all necessary export licenses for international shipments prior to export.
Any person or company engaging in the business of manufacturing or exporting defense articles or furnishing defense services in the United States is required to register with the DDTC. PinAir Tech Corp. is registered as an exporter at DDTC.
Any person who intends to export or import a defense article must obtain prior approval from the DDTC unless the transaction qualifies for an exemption. PinAir Tech obtains the necessary export licenses for all applicable international shipments.
The U.S. Department of State requires that Form DSP-83 (Nontransfer and Use Certificate) be submitted as part of an application for authorization to export significant military equipment and classified equipment or data. Failure to submit will result in the application being returned without action.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the commercial laws of the State of New York, USA. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980) is expressly excluded.
